Travel arrangements

The cruise finder does not take payment, issue a reservation or process a cancellation. Before booking with 1 OAK TRAVEL, ask for the current supplier terms and any separate agency service agreement. Refundability depends on the fare or package, supplier, timing, payment terms and applicable law.

Deposits, airfare, cruise fares, hotels, excursions and other components may have different cancellation rules. Do not assume that canceling one component cancels the rest. A price shown on this website is a research snapshot, not a refundable reservation or a promise that a cabin is held.

Agency service fees

Any consultation, planning, concierge or other 1 OAK TRAVEL service fee and its cancellation/refund terms will be disclosed in the applicable written agreement before you purchase that service. This page does not create a blanket “all fees are nonrefundable” rule or override an existing signed agreement or mandatory consumer rights.

How to request a travel change or refund

Contact Freddie using email or (510) 303-9883. Identify the booking and explain the change you are requesting. Do not send a full payment-card number. We can help identify the relevant supplier process and terms; a refund or waiver is not guaranteed, and supplier processing times vary.

Travel protection is a separate product with its own coverage, exclusions and claim process. Buying protection does not mean every cancellation will be covered. Review the actual policy and direct coverage questions or claims to its provider.

Amazon and seller purchases

Shopping through an affiliate link takes you to Amazon. The merchant named on your order—not 1 OAK TRAVEL—handles payment, delivery, product support, returns and refunds. Use your Amazon order details to check the item’s applicable return window, seller terms and instructions. Eligibility can vary by product, seller and circumstance; this website does not promise a universal return period.

We cannot cancel an Amazon order, inspect its payment information or issue its refund. Visit Amazon Your Orders to begin with the actual order. An affiliate commission does not change who sold the item or who handles its return.

Items not sold here

This website currently has no direct merchandise checkout and does not sell travel kits or downloadable products through its pages. If a separate 1 OAK TRAVEL offer is introduced, its price, fulfillment and applicable return/refund terms should be provided before purchase. Nothing here limits a right that applicable law requires.
